Butter and chocolate

When Paul Schatz presented his first “inversion mixer” at the Model Fair in Basel in 194, he used the device to demonstrate the perfect butter production. After 4 to 5 minutes, your cream turns into a fluffy, soft, delicious butter that lasts for a long time in the fridge.

This “selfmade” butter is not only the perfect spread for bread, but also an ingredient that is very easy to process and enhances the quality of creams, spreads and doughs – and whatever you want to do in the creative cuisine.

During butter production, buttermilk is also produced in addition to butter due to the separation of liquid and fat. The butter takes on a spherical shape when rhythmized. The buttermilk can then simply be poured off and drunk: It tastes wonderfully light and is super digestible
