Terms and Conditions
The Rhythmixx is manufactured and distributed by Kuboid GmbH.
Basically, the Kuboid GmbH strives for customer-specific regulations and for consensual solutions in case of problems. Therefore, we are happy to answer your questions and make every effort to fulfill your wishes for individual productions.
The following provisions, on the other hand, are intended only to lay down the basic conditions.
1. Orders
Kuboid GmbH accepts orders by post, fax or e-mail. Telephone orders require a written order. In all these cases, a legally valid signature is required. In the case of orders via the online shop, the sending of order data is considered binding equivalent to placing an order with an analogue signature.
2. Minimum order value
We do not require a minimum order value for processing an order.
3. Prices and discounts
Our offer is non-binding. The prices are exclusive of VAT, and exclusive of packaging and shipping costs. For deliveries abroad, customs costs are added in accordance with the applicable import regulations. Prices are subject to change. Please inquire about the current resale discounts and request an individual offer for larger order quantities.
4. Shipping costs
When shipping, the cost of packaging material and postage will be charged. The detailed shipping rates can be found under Shipping Information. Take advantage of the opportunity for self-collection and save yourself the shipping costs.
5. Methods of payment
We usually ship against cash in advance (bank transfers from Switzerland, EU and world possible). In case of different payment methods in consultation with Kuboid GmbH, the invoice amount is due within 20 days after the invoice date and receipt of the goods.
6. Bank relations
Please see the details of our bank account on the invoice or in the order confirmation e-mail. In the case of orders via the online shop, the additional modalities and payment methods can be found there (e. g. PayPal). For the time being, we can only offer credit card payment in conjunction with PayPal.
7. Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within one week, subject to availability.
8. Damage to the consignment
All transports are at the risk of the consignee. In the case of transport damage, even if it is not recognizable from the outside, the consignee must immediately make a factual report with the deliverer. This is the only way we can take care of a compensation or replacement delivery as soon as possible.
9. Complaints
Complaints must be reported within one week after receipt of the goods.
10. Withdrawal and return
Orders can only be cancelled in exceptional cases and if the order has not yet been processed. We only accept returns if they have been agreed in advance.
11. Liability
Liability for loss or damage of any kind is excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
12. Data protection and confidentiality
As the security of data traffic cannot be guaranteed absolutely, no liability is assumed for any resulting damage. On the other hand, Kuboid GmbH undertakes not to pass on its customer data to third parties. For the transmission of personal data, we use the so-called SSL encryption with 128 bit encryption strength, provided that the browser used supports this. This ensures that the corresponding data cannot in principle be read by unauthorized persons.
13. Jurisdiction
In the event of any disputes concerning the Kuboid GmbH and the services the company offers, in particular orders via its online shop, Swiss law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland, unless the law provides for another mandatory place of jurisdiction.
